"Horrible customer service by office staff, lack of responsiveness from Mike Haight, and poor communication in general. Staff gave me incorrect information on several occasions, including at time of renewal, could not adequately or accurately answer my questions about my policy (which was further confirmed when I talked to underwriting), and made it impossible to get ahold of Mike. Phone calls and emails ignored. Only got response after reaching out to BBB. Would not recommend for anyone to use Mike Haight State Farm Insurance Agency."
